I Built This Site to Help People Create More Income, More Freedom, and More Financial Opportunity

Internet of Business was created to help people think beyond a paycheck, discover smarter ways to earn, and build the kind of leverage that traditional education rarely teaches.

Why This Site Exists

I hold four college degrees, including a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), but like many people, I was never taught how to build online income, create leverage, or make money work beyond a traditional paycheck.

Despite years of formal education, I was never shown the real power of affiliate marketing, digital marketing, passive income, or creating digital products that could shape my financial future.

I was prepared to become a more qualified employee, not a builder of assets. While there is nothing wrong with being an employee, I wanted more than trading time for money. I wanted flexibility, optionality, and the ability to build something that could keep working even when I wasn’t.

I didn’t learn how to build income streams in academia. I learned it through self-education, disciplined experimentation, and years of studying what actually works online.

How I Got Started in Business and Online Income

From debt and frustration to online business, content creation, and long-term financial freedom.

I know what it’s like to live paycheck to paycheck. Facing student loans and credit card debt, I realized I needed a better way. That pushed me to study search engine optimization, WordPress, content creation, digital marketing, and the broader world of making money online.

Traditional education taught me how to become more employable. It did not teach me how to buy back my time. Too many intelligent, hardworking people are still financially stretched because they were never shown other options.

Early on, I explored several business models, including network marketing and online lead generation. What stood out to me was the power of creating content around what people were already searching for and using the internet as leverage.

Some business models fit certain people better than others. My goal isn’t to push one path — it’s to help you find the model that aligns with your strengths, your goals, and the life you want to build.

I’m here to help you save time by sharing practical income-generating strategies that don’t require constant recruitment, confusion, or guesswork.

More importantly, I want to help you make your money work for you rather than feeling like you have to start from scratch every day.

Maybe you love your current job but want a side hustle. Maybe you want more flexibility, more margin, or the long-term freedom to live life on your own terms. Either way, there is a path forward.

During my time in the military, I had roles I deeply valued and others that reminded me how easy it is to feel replaceable inside large systems. That experience strengthened my desire to create more independence, more ownership, and more control.

My Entrepreneurial Journey Started in 2011

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2011 when I built my first website, RunDreamAchieve.com.

My background in long-distance running taught me discipline, patience, and consistency — the same traits that matter in business, entrepreneurship, and long-term income building.

The beauty of business is that it allows you to create products, services, and content that genuinely improve people’s lives. My interest in coaching, fitness, and personal development led me to build training plans, courses, a membership site, and coaching offers.

With Internet of Business, I apply that same disciplined, long-term mindset to business, money, online income, and financial freedom.

Since 2011, I’ve Been Exploring Alternative Ways to Generate Income From Home

My journey deepened while serving in the U.S. Army, where I spent more than 20 years on active duty. A near-miss rocket attack during my 2012 deployment to Afghanistan sharpened my awareness of how important it is to build a life with intention, urgency, and freedom.

I knew I could not rely on a single source of income forever. That realization pushed me deeper into affiliate marketing, freelancing, content creation, and other business models. Along the way, I also completed an MBA at Purdue University and a DBA at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.

Formal education is valuable, but self-education is essential. My goal with InternetofBusiness.net is to share the ideas, strategies, and lessons that helped me eliminate debt, think differently about money, and move closer to financial independence.
